A City View

FATHER GOD, open my eyes and my heart to view my fellow man as you do. Help me to

extend grace to those who are in need;

remember to be the person who ensures that others do not feel invisible;

see the hurt, anger, and aggravation of my fellow human beings and love them, not judge them;

reassess what a beautiful person really looks like;

give generously to all those in need.

Actions I will take:

Example: Today, I will look into the eyes of strangers and smile as I greet them.

Father, I am a richly blessed person. Thank you for my home, my family, my physical and mental health, and for providing me with food and clothing. Convict me to see with your eyes those less fortunate. Be with me as I take action to help the oppressed. In the name of your Son, Jesus, who showed us best how to love the loveless. Amen.
