When He’s Unsure - Prayers for My Husband

“And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.” (John 14:16-17, NIV)

TALK TO GOD

Lord, thank you for sending Your Holy Spirit to help us when we’re feeling weak and uncertain. I pray my husband becomes really tuned in to the Holy Spirit’s guidance in his life. Let him know that the Holy Spirit is like a constant companion, always ready to lend a hand and sticking with him for the long haul. When I can’t be there for him, may he find comfort in the fact that You are present with him. You know everything, so help him trust that You’ve got all the answers. You’re also all powerful, so remind him of that, as well. May he see the possibilities when doing life with You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
