Job Change

GOD OF NEW BEGINNINGS, many of us don’t keep the same job for all of our working years, and we might face the looming challenge of finding a new job at some point. That’s where one of my friends is now, God. I’m grateful you know my friend inside and out. You know her gifts. You know her family’s needs. You know exactly where you are leading her . . . even though she doesn’t have a clue at the moment.

In the Bible, we read about people from different walks of life to whom you assigned various tasks. At the time, they probably didn’t realize how significant your guidance was. But we grasp its importance.

Father, for all who are involved in a job search, we ask for your protection while we hold fast to your promise.
