What’s Your Story?

If someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it.

1 Peter 3:15

We must be familiar with our own stories in order to be ready to explain them to others.

Write down a few sentences about why you have placed your hope in Jesus.

Don’t worry about the wording or the order in which everything happened—just write from your heart.

After you’ve finished, ask yourself whether this was easy or difficult.

If it was especially difficult, then keep working on your story over the next several days until you feel assured that you could confidently share it with someone else.
