Thirsty?

O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you.

Psalm 63:1

If someone asked you to describe what your soul looks like, what would you say?

Is it thirsty or satisfied?

Chaotic or peaceful?

Confused or purposeful?

Fearful or confident?

Dark or light?

Weary or refreshed?

Empty or full of hope, love, and joy?

Take a moment to “check in” with God about the current state of your soul. Reflect on the word God brings to mind. Keep that word in front of you this week to remind you to care for your soul.
