I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable.

While you are reading this devotional, you are sacrificing a certain amount of time in order to engage with it. You are disciplining your body and mind to give up something else in order to do this.
