Prayer Preparation

As soon as they arrived, they prayed for these new believers.

There are many things we can do to welcome others into our homes. But one thing we often forget to do as we prepare for others is to pray.

Get in the practice of praying for others before they arrive at your home.

Think through the week ahead and pray for those who may come through your doors, such as family members, neighbors, out-of-town visitors, or people doing work on your home.

Write down their names and spend a few moments praying that each person who enters your home will feel peace and the welcoming presence of Jesus through you.
