Growing in Boldness

[Jesus said,] “I tell you the truth, everyone who acknowledges me publicly here on earth, the Son of Man will also acknowledge in the presence of God’s angels.”

Luke 12:8

The members of the council were amazed when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, for they could see that they were ordinary men with no special training in the Scriptures. They also recognized them as men who had been with Jesus.

Acts 4:13

Grow in boldness by mentioning in a conversation with an unbelieving friend or acquaintance that you follow Jesus.

This may not be an easy thing to do, but ask the Lord to make you confident as you step out in faith.

Write out these verses above and put them somewhere visible to remind you to be bold with those in your life who don’t know Jesus.
