How do I make the most of the opportunities that come my way?

In many ways our lives are defined by opportunities seized or missed. According to the Bible, we are to take advantage of opportunities by responding with bold action when we recognize them as God-given chances to participate in his purpose. We must be prepared at all times to recognize and act on the opportunities that God creates for us to be used by and for him. When you believe that God is presenting you with an opportunity, respond quickly, and work hard to maximize what God has put before you. Be willing to change your plans in order to take advantage of a God-given opportunity. You will be motivated when you think of how God might use you because you’ve made yourself available for his work. Keep your eyes open for what God will bring your way.
