Grace
Grace
My Question for God
What is the grace of God?
A Moment with God
The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 6:23
God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.
Ephesians 2:8-9
Grace is both a onetime act—the undeserved favor of God in giving you salvation through faith in Jesus—and a way of life—the ongoing work of God in you. Simply put, grace is God’s special favor. Because of his grace, God gives you blessings you don’t deserve, and in his mercy, he withholds the punishment your sins do deserve. When you understand God’s grace, you will be moved to share that same acceptance and freedom with those around you and extend God’s grace to them.
Divine Promise
God, with undeserved kindness, declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.
Romans 3:24
