Church
Church
MY QUESTION for GOD
Do I really need to go to church?
A MOMENT with GOD
The church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself.
Ephesians 1:23
The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up one whole body. So it is with the body of Christ.
1 Corinthians 12:12
Let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.
Hebrews 10:25
Together all believers make up God’s family, and it is only by meeting together that you can bond. One purpose of the church is to equip God’s people to do God’s work and to encourage them in their faith. The church is where Christians learn to work together in unity, reconciling differences among themselves in a way that is only possible through Christ and his Spirit. When you meet together with other believers, you build each other up and help each other. The church needs you because the body of Christ is not complete unless you are there. While God is present everywhere, he creates many divine moments where believers gather to worship him, serve him, and learn about him.
DIVINE PROMISE
Upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it. Matthew 16:18
