Deeper Life #349

Deeper Life #349

As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.

—Psalm 42:1

NOW WE COME TO THE great and grand idea of the universal and spiritual aspect of the work of a Christian. There is no respect of persons with God. There is no respect of nations with God. Anywhere and everywhere—here, there, and wherever—God likes to fling us out to disciple all nations. The entire world belongs to Him.

Behind every face besotted with sin is the face of the Lord Jesus Christ. Behind every downtrodden mass of human corruption is Calvary. Deep within each person is the potential for a life incandescent with God’s Holy Spirit.

Prayer Thought: I am truly thankful for the blessings You have given me, Lord. Help me introduce others to these blessings.
