The breath of God is the source of all life. In the beginning, God breathed the breath of life into man and the soul came alive.

Even now, it’s His breath that moves in and out of our lungs, flows through every vessel and vein in our bodies, and gives life to every one of our organs and cells.

It’s the breath of God that gives you life, and it’s His breath that sustains it.

If God can make life from His breath, can’t He do anything? If He can birth stars and galaxies with a word, and give life and breath to everything on this beautiful planet, can’t He meet any need you may have today?

Breathe in right now and be reminded of the gift of life God has given you. Inhale His love and goodness deep into our soul.

Now exhale all your worries and fears. Breathe out whatever is weighing you down and let the breath of God fill you with renewed peace as you trust Him to meet all of your needs.

He himself gives life and breath to everything, and he satisfies every need.
