All of you, dress yourselves in humility as you relate to one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”

True humility results from understanding who you are and who God is. When you are sick or injured and must rely on a physician’s care, you are humbled because you realize your vulnerability. Likewise, you are humbled when you realize you’re completely dependent on God to heal your soul.
