When I start to panic, I can turn to God in prayer

Dear Jesus,

When I’m tempted to panic, instead I run to you in prayer, because I refuse to worry. When bad circumstances come my way, one of the hardest lessons for me is to turn my worries into confident prayers. But you know my needs, and you have never failed to meet them. I know you can be trusted to bring good fruit out of these hard times.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Philippians 4:6
