A prayer for Patience

When patience doesn’t come naturally

Lord,

I need patience! I am so focused on my own agenda and priorities, and I get impatient when life doesn’t go the way I want it to. Remind me that there is more to life than maintaining a schedule. Open my eyes to your perspective, Lord, so I can have peace, no matter the circumstances.

We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. Colossians 1:11
