A prayer about Commitment

How can I motivate others to greater commitment?

Dear God,

Today, I dedicate myself to you so that others may see in my life a contagious commitment. May I serve you today out of passionate love and devotion, so much that those around me can’t help but see you in me. May I be so preoccupied with you that my words and deeds are an accurate reflection of your grace and your truth and your love.

Jesus replied, “‘You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” Matthew 22:37-39
