When I’m enjoying the things God has given me

Loving God,

This world is full of good things you have created for people to enjoy: countless beautiful scenes in nature, laughter, loving relationships, joy from watching a child grow, good food, and friends to share with, to name just a few. My heart is filled with gratitude, Lord. As I enjoy these blessings, I’m accepting your gifts to me—and I think you are pleased.

Since everything God created is good, we should not reject any of it but receive it with thanks. For we know it is made acceptable by the word of God and prayer. 1 Timothy 4:4-5
