GOD,

Being a pastor is challenging work: casting vision, preaching, teaching, managing, counseling, and more. Expectations are high; we members want tangible results. But we don’t see most of what the pastor does. Please give my shepherd strength, motivation, and courage to speak your truth. Show me how I can support all my spiritual leaders.

Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Hebrews 13:17
