MY SAVIOR,

Your words about truth and freedom have been quoted and misquoted for centuries. This is not “truth” in the abstract but a person—you, Jesus. And only through knowing you can anyone be truly free. Thank you for breaking the bonds of sin and setting me free. What amazing grace!

Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31-32
