GLORIOUS REDEEMER,

Today, may my mouth be filled with praise for who you are and what you have done. Whatever happens this day, cause me to remember that you are the Lord of the universe and nothing occurs out of your will. I want to be a positive person—not so I can gain friends and influence, but because I know you, so my gratitude and joy will overflow. Let me see your amazing work at every turn: in the creativity, diversity, and complexity of each person I meet; in the natural world of earth, sky, and weather; in the order you have established of day and night, gravity, and seasons, which allow me to plan and live; in the opportunities you give me to provide for myself and to serve others; in the loving relationships I enjoy—people who know the real me yet love me anyway. And most important, let me always remember that I am a sinner saved by grace because of Jesus. I lift my voice in praise. You are my everything!

Sing to the LORD; praise his name. Each day proclaim the good news that he saves. Publish his glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things he does. Great is the LORD! He is most worthy of praise! Psalm 96:2-4
