A prayer about Pay - Giving what is deserved

JESUS,

I pray for my pastor this morning. Dedicated men and women go into the ministry because they’re called, not for the money. In fact, most are making just enough to get by. Our pastor deserves much more than the salary we provide. So I pray for my congregation, for me. Give us a spirit of gratitude and generosity, paying “those who work” what they deserve.

Don’t hesitate to accept hospitality, because those who work deserve their pay. Luke 10:7
