GOD,

I want to go deep in my relationship with you. Don’t let me settle for immature, experience-oriented, and superficial Christianity, with pat answers and no substance. I want to study more, know you better, apply the Word, and stretch my faith. Teach me.

Just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Colossians 2:6-7
