A Reflection On Judging

A reflection on Judging

When I am tempted to criticize

Nowhere does Jesus tell us to be quiet about our society’s moral ills. But we must take a stand from a position of identification with sinful humanity, not from a position of superiority over it. We are part of the problem. Those who judge others about immorality as if they are above it believe deep down that they have earned God’s favor, and no one listens. But when we speak as sinners saved by grace, many will hear with open minds.

You will be treated as you treat others. The standard you use in judging is the standard by which you will be judged.
