A Reflection On Fellowship With Christ

When I want Jesus to make his home in my heart

We don’t need to clean ourselves up entirely for Jesus before He comes into our lives. But we do need to be prepared—and willing—for Him to do a thorough cleaning. He’s not just at our door for a visit; He’s moving in. But Jesus is mostly here for the fellowship; He wants to sit at the table and enjoy your company. If you want that, tell Him how welcome He is.

Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.
