Be Contagious
Be Contagious
In working for what matters, the ultimate end of your productivity should be REproductivity.
Raise children who will follow in your footsteps and grow up to pursue what matters themselves. Raise them to become parents who’ll want do the same for their children.
Don’t just work on your marriage: love well, forgive, stick it out because you know your marriage isn’t just about you. You can set an example so others will want a marriage that matters.
If you have a job, show up on time, apply yourself, be flexible, be kind to others. Encourage those around you to take pride in their work and to walk in integrity. Encourage them to train others to do likewise.
It’s hard work to live as an example. But to work for what matters means your life should matter to those around you. Produce a life that is contagious to others.
Be fruitful . . . multiply on the earth and increase upon it.
—Genesis 9:7
