How do I move forward in my spiritual life?

Job 17:9The righteous will move onward and forward, and those with pure hearts will become stronger and stronger.

Hebrews 6:3And so, God willing, we will move forward to further understanding.

1 Peter 2:2You must crave pure spiritual milk so that you can grow into the fullness of your salvation. Cry out for this nourishment as a baby cries for milk . . .

Romans 12:2Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will know what God wants you to do, and you will know how good and pleasing and perfect his will really is.

Ephesians 4:13-15until we come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature and full grown in the Lord, measuring up to the full stature of Christ . . . we will hold to the truth in love, becoming more and more in every way like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church.

Philippians 1:6And I am sure that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on that day when Christ Jesus comes back again.

God challenges us to move forward toward greater growth and maturity in our relationship with him. Standing still in the Christian life is really moving backwards.
