The things we learn and know can become a powerful means for God to carry out his plans through us. Schooling can help you do God’s work because it give us greater insight into how God’s world works. Sometimes, we might dislike a subject or feel disinterested in a particular lesson, but God may be putting us in those classes for a reason. The knowledge we gain is often God’s way of preparing us for specific purposes in the future—purposes we have yet to discover. God loves to use our experiences and knowledge for a unique purpose. If you’ve been blessed with the opportunity to gain an education, take advantage of it. God will make use of your training and your experiences to make you even more fruitful for him. Have you been blessed with certain skills or talents? Thank God and use them to serve him. God chose you and created you for a purpose. This purpose can inspire you, even while studying subjects you might dislike. Often, God shows us what to do as we make use of the opportunities (and classes!) he sends our way. Make the most of where you are right now so you can make the most of where God will one day put you.
