How can I help others in their times of crisis?

Proverbs 27:10Never abandon a friend—either yours or your father’s. When disaster strikes, you won’t have to ask your brother for assistance. It’s better to go to a neighbor than to a brother who lives far away.

1 Corinthians 9:22When I am with those who are weak, I share their weakness, for I want to bring the weak to Christ. Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some.

When others face crises, you need to be there with them and find ways to do good and support them. In some trials, the simple power of your presence may comfort others more than any words or actions can.
