What does consistent living look like?

Hebrews 13:8-9Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. So do not be attracted by strange, new ideas. Your strength comes from God’s grace, not from rules about food, which don’t help those who follow them.

Jesus is the role model for consistency in belief, character, and action. There will always be new ideas and new thoughts about how to live, but nothing can compare to the mighty grace of God, revealed in Jesus.

James 3:13If you are wise and understand God’s ways, prove it by living an honorable life, doing good works with the humility that comes from wisdom.

When you live a consistent life, others can anticipate the character of your actions tomorrow by your actions today and yesterday.
