Book of the Month: 3 John - Bible Reading Plan

September's Book of the Month is 3 John. John wrote this short letter to Gaius to commend him for his hospitality and encourage him in the faith. He also mentions a man named Diotrephes who has failed to represent the love of Christ to others. As you read, ask yourself which one of these men you identify with. Gaius, who generously gives and inspires those around him to do the same? Or Diotrephes who looks out more for himself and his own things? Allow Scripture to open your heart to truths about yourself and about God.
