Psalm 62:7-8

Pour out your heart to God about a situation that has consumed, or will consume, your thoughts.

Write on a piece of paper or type on your computer for several minutes without stopping and just see what comes out.

Don’t try to filter your words; just write continuously.

Then read back your prayers, and end the time by asking God for guidance, peace, and perspective on this situation.
