Is It Enough?

“What should we do?” asked some soldiers. John replied, “Don’t extort money or make false accusations. And be content with your pay.”

Guard against every kind of greed. Life is not measured by how much you own. . . . Look at the lilies and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you.

Luke 12:15, 27-28

How content are you with your income? There is nothing wrong with wanting to earn more. The real question is, Can you be content with what you have now?
