Lamentations 3:23

AS WOMEN, we hate feeling that we’ve failed—and especially that we have failed others. During these times we must ask ourselves, Whose voice is accusing me of being a failure? Is it my own, someone else’s, or Satan’s? It is vital to our emotional and spiritual health to remember that God doesn’t see us as failures. If we have fallen away from God, it is never too late to come back to him. If we have hurt others through our mistakes, we can ask for forgiveness and trust God to help mend those relationships. If we have really messed up, God can still clean up our mess. Nothing is too disastrous for him. Remind yourself of the loving names God does use for you—his daughter, a royal priest, and his very own possession. Tomorrow is a new day, and God is waiting for you there, ready to give you a fresh start.
