When I know the love of my life
JESUS,
I love you because you first loved me and gave your life to save me from sin. Yet at times, I am enticed by other potential heart suitors. But the offers of these false gods are lies. Forgive me for even looking. My heart belongs to you alone. Proverbs points out that my top priority should be to guard my heart, so as not to weaken my loyalty and commitment. Help me, Savior, to keep close to you.
Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. Proverbs 4:23
